Overhaul of global quality, health, safety and environmental strategy. Leading both the development of transformational priorities in supply governance and the successful implementation. Ambitions towards embedding and sustaining of improvement programmes at market and site level.

Evaluation Considerations

  • Lead the creation, implementation and continuous improvement of the Health and Safety, Environmental Compliance and Assurance strategies for 2030 across the end-to-end Supply Chain.
  • Establish an organisation that drives the transformation priorities and embeds the improvement programmes at a site level.
  • Define the Global roadmap utilising the Transform Specialists’ outputs and prepare a 5 year roadmap utilising the deployment and implementation teams and the Third Party Operations Teams to place Diageo in leading performance.
  • Review global performance monthly via leading and lagging indicators and ensure site interventions occur as required and ensure delivery of improvement plans to take maturity to leading.
  • Ensure standardisation and codification across all markets
  • Continuous External Benchmarking focusing on trends/efficiencies.


The incumbent hire was a well-known public speaker and industry thought leader is the areas of quality,health, safety, and environment. Having previously been instrumental in the creation,implementation, and continuous improvement of compliance and assurance strategies, she was entrusted to lead the challenge.
