Defining the warehousing strategy and driving performance for the function across the globe-focusing on safety-quality-service-accuracy and efficient operations. 

Head of Global Transportation and Warehousing to become a valuable member of the GCOE Global Logistics Team. The primary responsibility of the role to define the warehousing strategy and enhance performance on a global scale, with a specific focus on safety, quality, service, accuracy, and operational efficiency.

This involved identifying performance gaps by utilizing both internal and external best practices, leveraging profound subject matter expertise, and guiding and supporting initiatives to address and resolve these gaps across all regions.
